Contact

Questions, problems, privacy requests and prize enquiries all go to the same place.

Help us help you

• Your username, exactly as it appears at the top of Settings.
• Your device (for example iPhone 15, iOS 26, or Pixel 8, Android 16) and the app version from Settings → About & licences.
• What happened, and roughly when, with the time zone. A screenshot helps.
• For a prize: the date you redeemed and the prize you chose. Never send us a gift card code or a password.
